Intelius Screening Solutions Ranks Number Two in HRO Today's 2008 Report on Top Screening Providers
Customer Satisfaction, Breadth of Services, and Innovative ATS Integration Earn Intelius a Top Seat

Bellevue, Wash.—Intelius Screening Solutions has been ranked the second best outsourced employment screening solution provider by HRO Today magazine in its annual review of employment screening providers. Rankings are based on overall customer satisfaction, quality and breadth of services, applicant tracking system (ATS) integration and innovations in candidate vetting.

The report's results were based upon provider data and an anonymous satisfaction survey completed by customers of the top screening service providers from around the country. Survey results were comprised of both large and small employers, with simple to very complex needs. Issues such as data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance seem to be the foremost concerns for users of outsourced screening services. Results also indicated that the participants look to the market for technological innovations such as integration with other HR applications like ATSs, guidance on best practices, and risk management support.
