William R. Kerr, Chief Corporate Officer
William Kerr is the Chief Corporate Officer of Intelius Inc., the parent company of Intelius Screening Solutions. Mr. Kerr has served as a member of the Intelius Inc. board of directors since July 2006 and as Chief Corporate Officer since June 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer of JSE Partners Inc., a private investment company, from September 2005 to June 2007, and also from 2001 to March 2004. Mr. Kerr also served as Chief Financial Officer at Nortel Networks Corp., a global communications equipment company, from March 2004 to February 2005 and as Senior Advisor at Nortel Networks Corp. from February 2005 to September 2005.
From 1994 until 2001, Mr. Kerr held several senior executive positions at Nortel Networks, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President and Controller. Mr. Kerr is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario.
Todd Owens, General Manager
Todd Owens is the General Manager of Intelius Screening Solutions. Joining Intelius Screening Solutions in 2006, Mr. Owens has quickly led the company to become a recognized leader in the employment screening industry. Mr. Owens joined Intelius Screening Solutions from Wind River Systems, where he oversaw the Aerospace and Defense business in the Americas, and Siebel Systems, where he held senior business development and product management roles. Early in his career, Mr. Owens was a distinguished United States Navy submarine officer serving aboard the USS Pogy (SSN 647) and on the Third Fleet staff.
Mr. Owens has twice been recognized as a "Superstar for outsourcing innovation in support of HR organizations" by HRO Today magazine. Mr. Owens holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
Dillana Lim, Director of Program Management
Ms. Lim is the Director of Program Management for Intelius Screening Solutions. Ms. Lim joined Intelius Screening Solutions in 2006. Ms. Lim has over 15 years of technology industry experience, holding senior positions in both product and program management. Prior to joining Intelius Screening Solutions, Ms. Lim was a senior executive at Infospace, where she was responsible for leading the wireless application product development teams and successfully launching products into multiple wireless carriers, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Before her career at Infospace, Ms. Lim was member of the Advanced Product Development team at Active Voice (now a subdivision of Cisco Systems) where she was instrumental in developing next generation enterprise software applications for the unified communications market. Ms. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Bill Glenn, Director of Marketing and Alliances
Mr. Glenn is the Director of Marketing and Alliances for Intelius Screening Solutions. Mr. Glenn joined Intelius Screening Solutions in 2008. Mr. Glenn has over 15 years experience in the technology industry, holding senior marketing management and business development positions. Prior to joining Intelius Screening Solutions, Mr. Glenn held senior marketing management positions at leading Software As a Service (SaaS) companies including Entellium and Concur.
Before his career at Concur, Mr. Glenn held marketing management positions at T-Mobile USA and Onyx Software. Mr. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University and received his Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Jeff Sears, Director of National Sales
Jeff Sears is the Director of National Sales for Intelius Screening Solutions. Mr. Sears joined Intelius Screening Solutions in 2005, where he has built and manages a team of enterprise sales executives in major markets across North America. Mr. Sears has over 10 years of sales experience.
Before joining Intelius Screening Solutions, Mr. Sears was a sales executive for Entercom Communications Corporation, one of the largest broadcast companies in the United States. Earlier in his career, he was the producer at a top-rated sports radio station in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Sears holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Washington.
Eleanor Macapia, Operations Manager
Eleanor Macapia is the Operations Manager at Intelius Screening Solutions. Ms. Macapia joined Intelius Screening Solutions in 2008. She has held product and operations management positions in the financial services industry for the last 15 years. Prior to joining Intelius Screening Solutions, Ms. Macapia was a manager at Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers Company, where she was primarily responsible for product testing and management of acquisition asset transitioning.
Prior to Aurora Loan Services, Ms. Macapia served as a manager at Staten Island Bank, specializing in construction and retail industry services. Ms. Macapia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
